I'll take my roomy 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment with the view for $900 and stay in Queens, thanks.
No borders makes an infinite demand that can only be crammed into a finite space.
The arthimetic might be easy, but the logic seems to evade our city's leadership.
After a while there is a limit of how creative you can get with an overpriced Manhattan shoebox apartment without living up each others ass!
I'm not insecure in my self perception and would rather have leg room and beauty. My choice has always been Queens!
