Ahh... a harmonious photo! This is what we hope to be seeing more of around Queens, rather than front yards being covered with cement or pavers (which also contributes to improper runoff), a lawn becoming a miniature parking lot, or a mega-crap condo, Fedders cookie-cutter, or McMansion being built to the brink and exceeding it. Eliminate the selfish attitudes by restoring the gift of nature for all!!! In other words, "celebrate spring, don't bury it."
Forget the crocus...I've had 2 real estate brokers call me up within the last 36 hours..."Friends" I forgot about..."How are your Mr. George...blah-blah-blah...keep me in mind"....Ah yes, spring IS definitely here.
