"61-08 & 61-10 82nd Street, Middle Village.
Both are owned by the same person and both are one-family row homes that were built up one story to make them bigger one-family homes. Why? Don't know. They stick out like a sore thumb on the street." - J.B.

It looks like a fat man trying to squeeze into a little guy's clothes. Gross....event though they tried to keep the facade with a push-up addition in the back!
Gross on the outside, big on the inside. But why no windows, thats gross on the inside too.
Walk only a few houses up and cross Eliot avenue. There are a load of new construction crap being completed there.

What an intrusion! I wonder what the neighbors think. This would be unthinkable years back, and still is to many neighbors today. What's the zoning like?
The addition seems as if it was built within a week or two. Imagine taking a vacation & coming home to a surprise a few doors away!
Maybe there's no windows because a "cat house" or "immigrant dormitory" will be the use of the new addition!
This is the only the tip of the iceberg. Get out while you can...run for your lives!
As pappa used to say: Two pounds of sh*t in a one pound bag...
Oversized yes, but a star for at least keeping the style of the facade. Its better than other similar developments
And no windows on the side is smart, becase they would be blocked when the rest of the row super-sizes.
And...I hate cheap stucco. Please make it stop.
