They say "innovative," QC says "ugly." Apparently, so does the art commission.
But wait, maybe Adrian Benepe can convince us otherwise?

It's nice to see that the arcane (I thought they were defunct) Arts Commission is still functioning....and so quickly......of course, in Manhattan! We never see them put in their "2 cents" when it comes to Queens "uglies"!
Can one of our local politicians ask how much money is spent on this project, and contrast it with their community?
Oh sorry, kids don't vote.
